Wednesday, July 12, 2017 - Atleiselfing, Germany

We are a at the half way point and we both agree that it has been an interesting adventure. Jim had been a good sport and had rolled with the punches of being lost in the rain and going to bed in strange places tired and occasionally hungry. We left Atlötting four different times as we had come in from a different direction and were leaving by a another way. Needless to say we backtracked more than once to find the correct path from town. James to beginning to understand and mimic my obsessive compulsive map checking to know where I am located at all times.

The ride was good on gravel dikes and paved roads. We ate lunch at a chain bakery "Pabst". The sandwich was good and we each got sweet treat as our dessert. Our path took us into Wasserburg am Inn and path in dropped about 300+ feet. It was all steep and curvy. We both agreed that it was great fun.  We will have another ride like that tomorrow morning as out night hotel is on the ridge on the west side of the river.

We arrived at our hotel to think it was closed. Only the restaurant was closed. The rooms are the largest we have experienced on this trip.
