Tuesday, July 21, 2015 - Berlin, Germany

Today started at the Magdeburg Hauptbahnhof. I did not have to wait long for my train as it was of course on time. Well, I made it back after a long local (regional) train ride. That means it stops at every stop. The express trains do not carry bicycles.

 I had to wait on y room as I arrived too early. I walked down to KaDeWe to scout out some shopping for tomorrow. When I got back my room was ready an I began the process of cleaning and packing my bike. It took about 3.5 hours this time. It is packed and tomorrow I will go to KaDeWe and shop for family.

It has been a good trip, very educational. MyGerman skills have improved some as after I let Berlin, I had to do business and everything else in German as they mostly did not speak any English .I will arrive back in Troy on Thursday and am looking forward to seeing family and friends. I will go to the beach for relaxation and then get ready for some college football. Thank you all for making this trip with me.
