Friday, May 9, 2014 - Koblenz, Germany

Well I have made it to the finish line. I won the race but I was the only competitor so
I also came in last. Today was a 55 km ride. It was mostly level and paved. The wind was behind me. Sometimes it was 25 mph or greater. I have arrived at the point where the Mosel river flows into the Rhein river. I have taken lots of pictures. I was here 21 months ago during my last ride. It is not as crowed today in May as it was then in August. I have also been to the train station today and purchased two tickets, one for me and one for my bicycle. I also have two seat reservations, again one for me and one for my bicycle. The train is a direct train, no changing, from Koblenz to Zürich. My internet tonight is only free for one hour. I may not get pictures posted until I get to Zürich.
